Board Certified/Eligible- Required
ACLS, BLS, DEA and PALS- Required
General surgery residency- Required
Clean Malpractice/Background- Required
Active KY license- Required
Covid Vaccination- Required
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate with weekly pay plus malpractice.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
