We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our team.
As a Landscape Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various landscaping projects.
This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively supervise a team.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute landscaping projects, including groundskeeping, lawn care, irrigation, tree care, and landscape maintenance.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of landscaping crew members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Provide guidance and instruction to crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Experience:
- Previous experience in landscaping or related field.
- Strong knowledge of groundskeeping practices, landscape design principles, and plant care.
- Proven experience in supervising and leading a team.
- Proficient in operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.
- Ability to interpret landscape plans and blueprints.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, crew members, and other stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
