Plan, execute, and oversee inspection/sorting of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to customer specifications.
Provide training and support to employees regarding quality assurance Coordinate closely with the production department to schedule routine quality check Assist all operations in quality functions for tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels.
Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external requirements.
Monitor risk-management procedures, to analyze and maintain Maintain the 7S standard during your shift.
