Job Role Dispatch Support Manager We are seeking a dispatch manager that is positive, detail oriented, and wants to join a successful team here at QSI.
The Dispatch Manager's duties include but are not limited to:
Oversee day to day operation within QSI's Dispatch Support department.
Providing oversight to the dispatch and customer service teams.
Customer Service Excellence:
Be the friendly face and voice of our company, providing top-notch service to our valued customers.
Team Support:
Collaborate with various departments and teams to facilitate effective communication and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications High levels of positive energy and excellent customer service skills Critical thinking skills Exhibits attentive listening skills Multi-tasker who enjoys working in a fast moving environment 2 years as customers service rep or call center reporting Great communication skills written and spoken Job Type:
