Don Franklin Bardstown Chevrolet Buick is growing our service department and is currently on the hunt for individuals that are dedicated, dependable and not afraid to work hard.
Our experienced Service Manager paired with a talented Advisor staff, ensures our service appointments always remain steady - meaning you will not experience a lack of work.
Positions with openings include:
Express Lane Technicians - This is an entry level position and experience is not required.
We will provide training for any skills needed to perform and excel in this position.
This position is a fantastic starter position for someone who is wanting to train and advance to become a certified technician.
Pay will be based on experience.
Certified/Master Technicians - This position requires prior experience.
If you are a skilled technician with a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.
Chevrolet and/or Buick certification is a plus, but not required.
Pay will be based on experience.
Service Advisor - This position is crucial to our service department.
You will greet customers, listen to their description of vehicle issues or service needed, determine the service required and prepare the repair orders.
If a vehicle requires additional repairs not covered in the original order, you will estimate the additional costs and contact the customer for permission to perform the work.
Service advisors also advise customers on other available services based on their vehicle's age, mileage and history of service.
Experience preferred, but not required for this position.
Pay will be based on experience with uncapped earning potential.
