The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a human services field, and will have completed the required state trainings making them eligible to provide case management services to children with Severe Emotional Disorders, adults with Mental Illness and children with Complex and Chronic Health Conditions.
Partners in Pediatric Therapy is dedicated to a team approach and is seeking someone who collaborates well with others, has great communication skills and understands their role in supporting individuals as a part of a multi-disciplinary team.
