You will be responsible for creating a good first impression with our patients, their families and friends, and creating a positive experience for everyone throughout the admissions process.
You will represent the organization to others by providing a quality of service that is high in integrity and compassion.
Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma Minimum 1-3 years customer service experience Must have exceptional customer service skills, both in person and over the phone.
Must have the ability to problem solve and stay calm under stressful conditions for multiple situations.
Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Must have the ability to learn new duties quickly and perform duties with ease.
