Essential Functions:
Provide technical support to internal/external team members by responding promptly to phone calls, emails, and support tickets Analyze and determine service priorities, plan daily schedule, and investigate complaints, troubleshoot, and resolve system/hardware/software problems Perform diagnostics to resolve customer reported issues Film management, basic networking, printer set-up, windows permissions, etc.
Build and maintain high quality customer relationships through consistently demonstrating a high level of professional service and demeanor Provide follow-up to ensure issues are resolved Records and maintains IT Logs documenting tickets, issues, and resolutions Collaborates with team members to identify areas of improvement and/or communicating commonly issues throughout the organization as well as escalation of unresolved issues Assist customers with installation of new computer hardware/software Performs all other duties as assigned Competencies and

Education and
Experience:
Bachelor of Science degree in IT or related field Minimum of 3 years' experience in Help Desk Support preferably in manufacturing Proficient in Microsoft Office; automation/remote control products Experience with various types of computer systems, mobile devices and hardware/software components Physical Demands:
Ability to stand for long periods Able to move and lift to 50 lbs.
Able to reach and bend Travel Required:
Ability to travel 10% domestic.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
