The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing test plans to ensure the quality of our products, performing root cause analysis, and providing feedback to the development team.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong understanding of software development processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality assurance standards.
Conduct tests to ensure product quality.
Analyze test results and provide feedback to developers.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Monitor performance of products and services.
Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
Document test results and maintain records of quality assurance activities.
